    Who We Are

Fixter ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI production engineer that helps software teams investigate alerts, incidents, and customer escalations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our service, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. For any privacy questions you can reach us at info@fixter.dev.

    Information We Collect

    Information You Give Us

    • Your email address when you sign up for early access, request a demo, or contact us
    • The page or source you came from, so we know how you found us
    • Anything you choose to share with us by email or during a call

    Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website we collect basic usage data through analytics tools, including pages viewed, approximate location (derived from your IP address), browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. We use Google Analytics for this. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser.

Production and Observability Data (Service Customers)

When a customer connects Fixter to their systems, Fixter reads logs, traces, metrics, alerts, and related signals from the tools the customer connects (such as monitoring, error tracking, and on-call platforms). This access happens in real time so Fixter can investigate an issue.

Important: Fixter reads this data to investigate and does not retain copies of your logs, traces, or source code beyond what is needed to complete an investigation. Fixter never writes to your production systems and never modifies your code without your approval.

    How We Use Your Information

    • To respond to your request and set up early access or a demo
    • To send you service-related updates about Fixter
    • To operate, understand, and improve our website and product
    • To investigate incidents on behalf of customers who connect Fixter to their systems
    • To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

    Legal Bases (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on the following legal bases to process your information:

    • Performance of a contract, to provide the Fixter service to customers
    • Legal obligation, where we are required to retain or disclose information by law
