The logs, traces, and metrics your services send to Fixter over OpenTelemetry, measured as ingested gigabytes per month. All three signals count toward the same pool, so you do not have to budget them separately.

One investigation is one incident an AI agent works through: it queries your logs and traces, finds the root cause, and maps who is affected. Triggered automatically from an alert in Slack, or on request. For comparison, Datadog bills around $25 per investigation; ours are included in the plan.

Business and Big Business. Builder is consolidated monitoring and issue tracking, the on-ramp. Upgrade to Business to turn on automatic AI investigations, included in the plan up to a monthly limit, not billed per use.

Logs are retained for 60 days on Builder and Business. If you need longer retention, that is part of what we work out on Big Business.
