    Ingest pauses until you upgrade or switch to pay-as-you-go. It is a real cap, not a soft one, and you get loud warnings well before you reach it. Nothing already stored is deleted or hidden: your dashboards, alerts and history keep working on the data you have.

    Nothing stops, ever. There is no cap to hit, so your data keeps flowing and you are billed for what you sent. That is the whole reason the lane exists.

    Once a month, for the month you have just used, never up front. Your billing month runs from the day you pick a plan rather than the calendar, so one started on the 12th renews on the 12th. Adding a card charges nothing: the first payment is a full month away.

    Yes, and it applies immediately. Your rate is frozen at the moment you choose it, so if our prices move afterwards you keep the one you signed up on until you change plan yourself.

    No. Prices exclude VAT, and what is added depends on your billing address: EU businesses with a VAT number are reverse-charged and pay none, and customers outside the EU are outside its scope. You will see the exact figure before you confirm anything.
